I first began working with Imagen in December of 2012. We had an upcoming show in March and needed a new look and feel. Our existing exhibit company wasn’t hitting the mark: we were absolutely amazed by what Imagen created for us. The booth was three different pieces of awesomeness that brought our products to life. Prior to working with Imagen, we literally had filters on a shelf- which is boring. Each of the displays that Imagen has created for us has been absolutely beautiful. The imagination used in creating our displays is beyond what we were accustomed to.
After making our booth and team look great, we decided to work with Imagen on all events, including small dealer events. Using Exhibit Force through Imagen has been a life saver. Images of every single product, display and giveaway in inventory is cataloged -and I have hundreds of items! It’s easy to use which makes it easy when juggling multiple shows throughout the month.
Overall, working with Imagen has been a great experience. I always look forward to working with them on a new project or just going to visit. And it’s nice to work with a group of people that want to understand our products enough to showcase it in a cool way. That’s not always easy to find.
It has been an extreme pleasure working with you on the museum project and now that it is completed, I can only say I am thrilled with the excellent manner in which my memorabilia has been displayed… And judging from the response I have already received from my family and peers in the music business, we can all be proud of this work. In fact, Hal Durham just mentioned to me Saturday that he was amazed at my vast collection and the beautiful way it is showcased in the museum.
Thanks for the excellent job!
With the official grand opening of the Grand Ole Opry Museum two weeks past, I feel I should have already passed on my extreme thanks to you and your company. Your contributions to the overall project including case layouts and design, AV design, cataloging artifacts, moving memorabilia to the museum, installation of the show cases and artifacts were beyond the call of duty. The Museum was completed on time and opened without a hitch because of your generous willingness to work long, long hours.
Again, I thank you and enjoyed working with you and your crew. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you again.

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation to you and all the associates at Imagen. Together, the partnership between Imagen, GS&F and ICP produced four major events in less than three months- each event a rousing success in the eyes of the participants and most importantly, the eyes of the client. ……Working with Imagen is a joy. I do not think there is another company that could replace the skills you and the Imagen staff bring to our meetings. Thank everyone for the hard work and the success they bring to an event

If memory serves me correctly, this year marks the 20-year anniversary of the long-time relationship between Fiberweb (and other names along the way) and Imagen Displays. Time flies when you’re having fun! I thought it appropriate to take a moment and express my thanks for everything you’ve done for me personally and on behalf of Fiberweb. Many might argue that you do what you do for the sake of the business and the almighty dollar. I know better. Time and again the Imagen Family has proven that it truly cares about me – the customer.
I can still recall vividly my first trade show experience – the Landscape Show/Louisville Expo. New to the company and very inexperienced, I had the good fortune of working under Bruce’s apprenticeship and quickly realized how difficult and laborious the trade show world can be. Despite my inexperience, Bruce was very gracious and patiently guided me through the course of my first show. Simply put – Bruce made me look good. Twenty years and countless shows later, Bruce is still making me look good and “exhibits” the same grace and professionalism.
One of things that I have enjoyed throughout the years are the quality people that make up the Imagen family. While I can’t name every name, I can specifically mention a few: Mike, Johnny, Jaime, Melissa, Sheryln, Kevin and Clay. I know that these folks and many others work behind the scenes as part of a collective team to make Fiberweb look good. It doesn’t go unnoticed - please pass along my gratitude to each of them.
Finally, as another successful Homebuilders show draws to a close, I would be remiss if I didn’t give a special note of thanks and sincere gratitude to my good friend, Mike Hagewood. Words cannot express how valuable a resource Mike is in the trade show environment. In the face of trade show adversity and last minute changes, I faithfully rely on Mike to get the job done – and always with a smile. When Mike’s on the job, I know it’s going to be a good show experience. My colleagues have also expressed the same sentiment on many occasions. THANK YOU Mike! – I look forward to many more shows together if you can put up with me.
I know this reads like a farewell letter, but fortunately it’s just the opposite. I plan to be around for another twenty years and can’t wait to see what’s in store for us.
Thanks for your professional friendship and twenty years of memories.
